Affiliate Guidelines
Welcome to Urbrand Studio!
By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to FTC guidelines on disclosure of affiliate relationships.
2. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Spamming or unsolicited bulk emailing
Bidding on our brand terms in paid search campaigns
Using our trademarks in domain names or social media handles
Misrepresenting our products or services
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
3. Content Standards: All promotional content must be:
Accurate and up-to-date
In line with our brand guidelines
Free from offensive, explicit, or discriminatory material
4. Link Usage: Affiliates must use only approved affiliate links and creatives provided through the ShareASale platform.
5. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may not use our logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material without express written permission.
6. Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared as part of the program.
7. Non-Exclusivity: This agreement is non-exclusive, and affiliates are free to participate in other affiliate programs.
8. Commission Structure:
Base commission rate: 15% on all qualified sales
Performance Tiers:
Silver Tier (0-5 sales per month): 15% commission
Gold Tier (6-15 sales per month): 18% commission
Platinum Tier (16+ sales per month): 20% commission
Bonuses: Affiliates who maintain Platinum Tier for three consecutive months receive a $500 bonus
9. Payment Terms:
Payments are made monthly
Minimum payout threshold: $10
Payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer
10. Cookie Duration: Our affiliate cookies have a lifespan of 90 days.
11. Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
12. Liability: Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their promotional activities.
13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Prohibited Content: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting our brand on websites containing violence, pornography, or any content that does not align with our brand values. We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate relationship if such a promotion occurs
15. Brand Respect: Affiliates must respect and uphold the value of our brand in all promotional activities. Any misrepresentation or damage to our brand image may result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship.
16. Exclusive Benefits: Affiliates gain access to exclusive discounts on our services, early access to new service offerings, and insider insights into branding and marketing trends.
17. Marketing Materials: We provide affiliates with high-quality banners, text links, and other promotional materials to assist in their marketing efforts.
18. Performance Tracking: Affiliates have access to real-time reporting and analytics to track their performance and optimize their strategies.
19. Non-Compete Clause: Affiliates agree not to promote direct competitors of UrBrand Studio during the term of this agreement and for 6 months following its termination.
20. Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared as part of this program.
PPC Advertising Guidelines
Keyword/Trademark Term: UrBrand Studio
Allow PPC Bidding?: No
Description: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on the term "UrBrand Studio" and any variations or misspellings of our brand name. This includes but is not limited to "UrBrandStudio," "Ur Brand Studio," and "UrBrand-Studio." This restriction is in place to prevent direct competition with our own PPC campaigns and to protect our brand integrity.
As part of our affiliate program, we have specific rules regarding Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. These guidelines are designed to protect our brand and ensure fair competition among our affiliates. Please adhere to the following rules when conducting PPC campaigns:
Keyword/Trademark Term: Web Design Services
Allow PPC Bidding?: Yes
Description: Affiliates are allowed to bid on generic terms related to our services, such as "web design services." However, affiliates must not use our brand name in conjunction with these terms (e.g., "UrBrand Studio web design services").
Keyword/Trademark Term: Digital Marketing Agency
Allow PPC Bidding?: Yes
Description: Affiliates may bid on generic service-related terms like "digital marketing agency." Affiliates must avoid using our brand name in these PPC campaigns to prevent brand confusion.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Branding Solutions
Allow PPC Bidding?: Yes
Description: Affiliates are permitted to bid on generic terms such as "branding solutions." Affiliates must not combine these terms with our brand name in their PPC ads.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Product Photography
Allow PPC Bidding?: Yes
Description: Affiliates can bid on generic terms like "product photography." The use of our brand name in these PPC campaigns is prohibited.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Print and Packaging Design
Allow PPC Bidding?: Yes
Description: Affiliates are allowed to bid on terms related to our services, such as "print and packaging design." Affiliates must not use our brand name in these PPC ads.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Negative Keywords
Allow PPC Bidding?: No
Description: Affiliates must add negative keywords to prevent their ads from appearing for restricted terms. This includes our brand name and any variations or misspellings.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Direct Linking
Allow PPC Bidding?: No
Description: Affiliates are prohibited from direct linking to our website using PPC ads. All PPC ads must link to the affiliate's own landing page before redirecting to our site.
Keyword/Trademark Term: Competitive Brand Bidding
Allow PPC Bidding?: No
Description: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on competitors' brand names or trademarks in conjunction with our brand or services.
